An assistant that is connected can answer from the monitor as it stands now: the figures and how many reports agree, the timeline's facts with their status and sources, the authorities' own publications, the claims in circulation and what the evidence says of each. It is free, read-only, and asks for no account.

It is a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP). Where an assistant asks how to sign in, the answer is that there is no sign-in. Custom connectors are a paid feature in some assistants, and their menus move: look for “custom connector” or “custom MCP server” in the settings.
Open Plugins, press the plus button and choose “Add custom MCP server”. Paste the address, leave authentication empty, and create it.
It can then be used in a chat and in deep research, which reads through the search and fetch tools.
Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose “Add custom connector”. Give it a name and paste the address. No sign-in is asked.
In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http plaguenews https://plaguenews.com/mcp
Open grok.com/connectors, choose “New connector”, then “Custom”, and paste the address.
In the Gemini web app, open the connected apps settings and add a custom app with the address.
In Gemini CLI, add to settings.json: {"mcpServers": {"plaguenews": {"httpUrl": "https://plaguenews.com/mcp"}}}
Open Settings, then Connectors, choose “Custom connector”, then “Remote”, and paste the address. Pick Streamable HTTP if it asks for a transport.
“What is the situation in Irkutsk now, and as of when?” “What has WHO itself published?” “Which claims in circulation does the evidence contradict?” “What changed since yesterday morning?” “What is still not known about how she was infected?”
32 tools, all read-only. search finds events, facts and reports by meaning, and fetch reads one by its id. The others answer exact questions: the situation, figures by day, events, facts and the evidence for each, reports, outlets, the official record, open questions, claims, competing explanations, early warning, social media posts and the knowledge base. Lists are paged and take filters, so an answer stays small enough to read.
Figures are what news reports say, with how many agree. They are not official statistics. Every answer carries the time of the check it comes from and a line to cite. Accounts by Russian authorities are unverified until an independent source confirms them, and a fact marked to be read with skepticism says why. None of it is medical advice.
There is no account, no sign-in and no cookie. The server counts requests by address for one minute, to hold the limit of 60 a minute, and keeps no record of who asked what. The words of a search are passed to a machine model to be matched by meaning.
The same data without an assistant: the API with its OpenAPI 3.1 description, llms.txt and agents.txt. Questions: editor@plaguenews.com.
